In these urgent and tender times, we believe the path to liberation and joy runs through our ability to practice strategic care, compassion, and empathy—not just as feelings, but as radical tools for transformation.
This workshop is a dynamic practice space where we’ll explore how our relationships and connections can become powerful forces for action.
Together, we’ll engage in embodied, creative, and collaborative practices that cultivate interdependence, build resilience, and spark radical joy. It’s a space to imagine and practice the fractal ways our individual and collective work can ripple outward into transformed futures.
Expect reflection, dialogue, movement, play, and community practice. Come ready to be challenged, nourished, and inspired.

In alignment with our values of mutual liberation and building a deeply interdependent community, this workshop is offered on a Pay-What-You-Can sliding scale from $27 - $270. We trust you to choose the tier that genuinely reflects your financial capacity and allows you to participate fully, while also contributing to the sustainability of this vital work. No justification is needed, only your honest assessment.
Solidarity Rate ($170 - $270): For those with comfortable or flexible income, whose contribution helps make lower tiers possible and directly supports the sustainability and future offerings of this work.
Sustaining Rate ($97 - $169): Our standard rate, which helps cover the direct costs of bringing this high-quality, transformative experience to life.
Accessible Rate ($27 - $96): For those with limited income, navigating financial hardship, or experiencing systemic inequities. Your presence and engagement are invaluable.

S. Leigh Thompson (he/they) is a disabled, queer, trans, genderqueer white and Native facilitator, consultant, and coach, and has worked at the intersections of equity and justice, movement strategy, and organizational development for over 25 years. Specializing in Theatre of the Oppressed, change theory, and strategic practices, Leigh’s work weaves together joyful creativity, deep embodiment, and collective care to support people in staying aligned with their values, building practical tools for action, and working toward audacious visions for liberatory futures together.
Luis Alejandro Tapia, a son of Caribbean immigrants, is a social impact and equity consultant, coach, and facilitator dedicated to advancing collective liberation and healing. Drawing on a unique blend of experiential learning and emergent strategy, Luis Alejandro serves as a racial and restorative justice trainer, circle keeper, and social justice educator at the intersections of spirituality, justice, healing and freedom. He is deeply committed to supporting the power of people of the global majority to create change and to transform leadership and learning into spaces of justice, equity and freedom.
