Kingston IFS Parts Practice Group

Join us for a four-week journey into Internal Family Systems (IFS) at The Asterisk in Kingston! This practice group offers a supportive space to learn more about and explore IFS while deepening your relationship with your inner world, promote healing, and enhance well-being.

IFS is a transformative model for insight and personal growth that helps you connect with your internal “parts” and honors each person's natural capacity to heal, grow, and love.

This group is open to all, from those new to IFS to seasoned practitioners.

Group Details

• When: Wednesdays, 6:00–7:30 PM

• Dates: Four consecutive weeks starting June 11th

• Where: The Asterisk, Kingston

• Cost: $40 per session (pay-as-you-go) or $140 for all four sessions (paid in advance). Sliding scale spots are available—please reach out if cost is a concern.

Important Commitment Note: Participants are expected to attend all four sessions, and attendance at the first session is required. This will be a closed group, meaning once it begins, no new members will join. This structure helps foster a sense of trust and intimacy that supports the depth of this work.

Who Can Join: This group is open to everyone—from those new to IFS to experienced practitioners.
