Running your own business can be exciting, fulfilling, and pretty isolating to be real. There's no HR department to turn to, no built-in team to bounce ideas off of, and the path forward isn't always obvious.

And honestly? That isolation is by design. We live in a culture that fetishizes the lone hustler, the self-made success story, but that myth mostly just keeps us grinding alone while late-stage capitalism does its thing. We deserve better than that.

That's what Level Up is for.

We're kicking off our Level Up Gatherings, a monthly meetup for small business owners, solopreneurs, side-hustlers, and anyone building something of their own on their own terms.

Come with a question, a win to celebrate, a challenge you're stuck on, or just come curious. This is a chance to meet people who get it, to share skills, and find the kind of peer support that's hard to come by when you work for yourself. Because the antidote to an economy that wasn't built for us is each other.

It's free, but seats are limited, so please RSVP in advance!

Doors open at 5:30pm for mingling, and we'll kick things off together at 6pm. Wherever you are in your process, there's a place for you here.

The Asterisk Both/And room is accessed via seven (7) low-rise stairs with a railing. There is no ramp available.

Masks will be provided, but are not required. There will be eating and drinking throughout the event. The space has an MERV 13 air filtration filter and two HEPA air purifiers. Windows will be open and there will be outdoor seating available.

The Asterisk has a dedicated parking lot, and is accessible via bus and rail trail.
