We persist!

Sustaining local small business commitments to Racial Equity in scary times

In this 4-part workshop specifically for small business owners in Kingston or nearby communities, participants will learn to sustain their commitments to racial equity and apply them to their real work.

Participants will learn how to use root causes and data to design strategies to sustain their business values.

Participants must commit to all 4 sessions and may register 1-2 owner(s)/manager(s) for the training.

Facilitation: All sessions will be facilitated by Erika Bernabei, member of Equity & Results (E&R).

E&R is a national expert in results-based systems change using explicit racial equity principles, and over the last 15 years has become an integral partner in building organizational capacity to move towards and achieve equitable impact across the U.S. We have powerfully joined Antiracist Principles with Results-Based Accountability (AR RBA) to be used by nonprofits, philanthropies, businesses, and governments to address the root causes of inequity in strategic planning, goal setting, performance management, and program evaluation.
